The administration reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently ban any account for violating these Terms or server rules.

6. Purchases and Ranks

• All payments for ranks or perks are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Purchases grant lifetime access to ranks across all 4 servers, but are subject to EULA compliance and server availability.

• We reserve the right to modify perks or features to remain compliant with Mojang/Microsoft policies.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from server downtime, account bans, or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms
